Terms & Conditions of Sales

1- A reservation can be made through our website www.casagallinera.com, booking.com, micazu and by telephone.
2 - The minimum of nights is 2 stays and one night is always paid as confirmation of the reservation.
3 - Entrance after 4:00 p.m. - Departures before 12:00 p.m.
3 - Breakfast is included in the price of the room.
4 - For individual use of the room, are available: El Colomer and Tossal Gros.
5 - Dogs are accepted (€15,- p/stay) and contact the management.
6 - Our house is a place of disconnection and rest, so we have no music or television and our customers are asked to remain silent between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
7 - For your health and ours, it is forbidden to smoke in the whole house nor in the patio and the swimming pool and the garden.
8 - It is forbidden to cook near the establishment.
9 - All other food and beverages at breakfast are paid for by the guest and to be paid with the final bill before departure.
10 - The communal kitchen is available to all customers, who take care of it as if they were at home.

1 - If the customer cancels his reservation within 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will not apply cancellation fees except on the dates indicated below which have special conditions:
1.1- Easter, July, August, bridges and national holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
1.2- On the dates indicated in point 1.1, the period to terminate free of charge is 60 days.
2 - If the reservation is canceled between 60 and 15 days before the date of arrival, there can be no compensation for the night reserved.
3 - If the cancellation of the reservation occurs between 14 and 1 days before the date of entry, the customer will pay 75% of the total amount.
3.1- On the special dates in point 1.1, the customer will pay 75% of the total reservation if he cancels between 29 and 1 days before his arrival.
4 - If the client does not show up on the day of entry or cancels within 6 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation will be applied.
4.1- In the event that the reservation is for the special dates indicated in point 1.1, the client must pay 100% of the total amount of his reservation if he cancels within 14 days before the date of entry.
5 - In reservations with the lowest rate, "Non-refundable rate", cancellations will pay the full amount of the reservation, in any case. Reservations with a "Non-refundable" rate cannot be postponed, modified or canceled under any circumstances and do not give the right to a refund.
6 - Cancellation fees will not be applied (unless the reservation is made the same day) to cancellations of reservations confirmed within the previous 4 hours. In other words, the customer has the right to cancel free of charge when his reservation has been made within four hours immediately preceding the cancellation request.
7 - Cancellations due to force majeure may be postponed to another date and the same conditions and rates as the first reservation will apply, even if the length of stay or the published rates do not correspond because they are lower than the initial reservation, provided that the client communicates it with a minimum notice of 6 days, (except for stays on special dates indicated in point 1.1, in which the notice will be 14 days), if the client communicates his intention to cancel or reschedule the reservation After the notice period, the general conditions of reservation and cancellation will apply. The customer will pay the amount corresponding to his reservation which will be valid for the next reservation. The maximum period of formalization and use of the new reserve will be one calendar year.
8 - In requests for modification of the date of confirmed reservations, made by the customer within the deadline, the new reservation will be considered as a "non-refundable reservation".

10 - Refunds and returns accepted by the management of Casa Gallinera, will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of request by the customer, by the same initial method of payment.
